So I contacted billing support 5 days ago and still have not received anything from them regarding my account. What does it take to actually speak with someone about my account?

Seen people have some improved chances posting here.

I wouldn't say "ignored", but the staff pretty much put non-members at the back burner to serve the ones with the stars first. I see that you were a member but now aren't. That might have been the case here.

I usually suggest to people posting here to PM, private message, the Support Staff's user account, http://www.crunchyroll.com/staff, to get a bit more of a face time. I don't really know how effective that really is, but it's something.

Hopefully someone does answer you.

I'm on the same boat. I've been a premium member since 2011 and despite paying for a renewal for another year, the site doesn't recognize my membership anymore and presents me with ads and low-quality video. Several days with no response from support. What's going on?
