Alrighty. This is a quick question regarding the CR apps.

Is side-loading Crunchyroll apps allowed?

Basically, After reading a thread, i noticed some poor soul cannot experience the new CR Manga upgrade, since they owned a Kindle Fire HD. I was about to recommend side-loading the CR manga app, however, i did not want to suggest anything that was against the CR TOS.

I don't think that this is too much of a problem, since the CR apps will still require a premium account in order to get full access (frankly, they are identical to officially installed apps, just a bit more buggy potentially), however, i just wanted to confirm on this

I've recommended doing that a number of times to various people and no one has ever told me not to do it or deleted my posts. It's a legit app, and you still have to have a legit account to use it, the only problem is Amazon not keeping the OS in line with the Android standard (whatever that means). It is kind of buggy on the Fire HD, though, and I find I have to reboot kind of often to keep it working, so people shouldn't expect a smooth (or supported) experience if they do it.
