I feel like censorship like all things has a place it can fit into. An example would be nudity in public is frowned upon for the most part in many places but in privacy its ok. A similar argument can be made about censorship. I feel gore should be censored from the general public on the TV standard but for internet viewers would have the option not because it is the internet vs the TV but because the internet you can allow a choice where for TV having a censored channel and an uncensored channel might turn into a censor hell so to speak with every thing that may offend or disturb some viewers is censored and all we hear about is Betsy Jane's cow who just had a calf. To further talk about why I state the TV vs the internet is the TV will usually be on whatever the last person was watching while the internet (usually) will not start up on the last thing opened (unless settings prove otherwise) and as such you yourself have to act upon yourself to click, type, touch, or do whatever to get to the website but long and short of that is you have to do it. The ghost in 2A can't do it you have to do it.

I hate censorship I just feel like i'm being lied to. As far as gore goes what they show on tv (uncensored) is still less gruesome than real life.

There used to be a site I would go to when I was younger that had a form just for videos and pictures of people getting killed. Its not like in a movie where it is gross. It's more brutal than anything, and it shows just how fragile life is. I honestly dont think that seeing any of this on a screen will ruin your life, but it may humble you and shock you from time to time.

Movies glorify violence. I think if more people saw how it is in reality there would be less violence in the world.

As far as tits go. STFU the internet is already here and any kid who has the internet has seen tits already.

I don't like it when people block my blog on tumblr. That's an individual censoring my voice.

I dislike censorship. When overdone, you have people buckle under the constraints and then fall in line with the rest of the crowd. Sometimes it can get too ambiguous and way too political.

Censorship is never good. If you can't handle life uncensored, then you probably don't deserve to be alive.

Ah Censorship I did my Argumentative Essay on this topic for my English Comp class. I'm personally Anti-Censorship as I believe it's an infringement of a artists/writers Freedom of Speech. However i do believe that there should be a legitimate reason a artist/writer includes something that may be consider "inappropriate" to some. If the subject in question serves no point in being there then why even add it in? I personally believe that one can add anything to their work if it has a reason for being there. Most of the things that get censored can be handled with common sense. If a person thinks South Park is inappropriate then they can just turn the channel. They are not forced to sit there and watch it, so why bother complaining about it? I believe that Censorship also affects the people, not just the content creators. It affects the people by leading to a more government controlled lifestyle. Big Brother tells you want is right and wrong and you are not allowed to go against Big Brother's beliefs. However this is just my opinion on the subject matter. For my paper I used a Rod Serling Interview as a source and I believe he sums up Censorship very well. I'll link the video below.

Depends, I mean there's two types of censorship isn't there.

First type is the common blur or cover parts in anime.

And the other is just not showing it or taking it out altogether like hiding facts. But generally censorship is annoying and generally is seen as stopping you enjoying what you want as you only get a small portion of the thing.

But censorship in anime is horrible, yes sometimes I don't like it when fanservice is too in your face but censoring that and gore is stupid, if you want to watch it you should be able to.

The thing about censorship is it [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] which is crucial to [redacted] [redacted] and [redacted].
