I contacted support with this:


Crunchyroll was working fine for me up until January 14th as evidenced by the emails I recieved to the above address at that date. However, I can not not login with my Username and Pass; I can't reset it with the above email of "*snip*" because it says no user has that email. Also, I can't sign up with my username "MrFunEGUY" because this name is already taken. This means that my account exists, but that I don't have access to it. How can this problem be resolved?


I snipped out my email due to obvious reasons. Support says they will contact you within 2 business days and give you priority if you are Premium. Well, I am/was Premium and it's been 5 days. I have an auto-recurring payment plan on that account, so whoever has it is getting Premium with my money. This is a serious issue and I need help with it immediately.

Can you please use another email on the secondary account you created? Else I cannot restore your proper account to you.

You can now reset the password on your proper account. Please make sure to scan your PC for viruses. Also change your password for any other service you use that email/username in connection with the old password.

As far as I can tell you might have had some fraudulent charges created by the intruder. If that's the case, please write back to the customer support once they contact you.
