When I'm happiest I do my best and that's over 90%. Things not so good I'll do anything from 60-80s. There was that one horrid time when I did have 49.5. In the Caribbean parents usually consider over 90% a pass and anything else a fail.

In high school 80s or higher. Hell, I even gone to college during my junior year of high school. But that still didn't stop the school from messing up my transcript or my high school diploma. long story short I can easily get higher paying jobs by having a portfolio of what I can do.

A B and above is good. But a C isn't bad.

In high school, i honestly didnt give a shit about my grades or school at all really. I wasn't planning on college, and even then grades dont really get you into college. Money does. But, i did try for some things. My AP classes were pretty much it, specifically because for each AP test you passed the school paid for the test and also paid you $100 for each. So i collected my $200 and earned it. XP

In technical training school, where things actually mattered, 80% was the absolute minimum for my personal goals. I ended up with a 95% and got the highest score in my class for that and was presented a dumb award.

70+.
I used to be an honors student, at least AB honor roll, til I faced the perils of high school math and the grammatical aspects of english.
However; my english grades have luckily been elevated by my writing performance.
While I suck at identifying where a direct or indirect object in a sentence is I can weave sentences together well enough that my projects and essays are well written.

Above a 90 is ideal. Above an 80 is alright. 70, oh hell no.

It depends on what you are capable of. Now I believe everyone is at least capable of a D and higher. As long as you did the best you could do.( F is not doing your best). For example not everyone it gonna have a 90 in math because Math is hard for some people, but as long as they tried then that's what matters. I know I have a hard time with Math, but in my senior year of high school I managed to get a B and that was tough to get

I know I am not completely smart, so I aim for passing my classes in college of at least 60+. If I get a 70 or more, I throw a huge pizza party with my friends to celebrate.
