I don't use this website and when I go onto my paypal account it says that I've already cancelled my monthly payment, but it's still taking money out of my account each month? Please help! I don't know what else I can do

Have you tried going to your /acct/membership/ page? There should be a cancel button there. If you still have trouble, though, using Contact Us and listing it as a billing issue will definitely get this fixed.

Hello, MakotoKamui!

I would also like to end a monthly payment. I made a few accounts during a road trip a few years ago and started a free trial. However, I don't even have Premium Membership for the two accounts that I know of, so there is nothing for me to cancel. So now I can't figure out if there is some other account I made with the credit card. Thankfully I still have the same credit card, and I need to find out what account is connected to this credit card. This isn't the kind of information I can simply post in that Contact Us message system though. Can you help me? I may have to get rid of this credit card soon and I can't let it affect my credit ratings!!!

Yeah I'm having the same problem I'm getting charged 6.95 & I get no customer support have sent 2 email & no response

Hi! Oh my god. I completely forgot about that account. Can you tell me which email it is connected to (in a private message)? The two accounts that I knew of are both non-Premium so I was under the impression that I was being charged for nothing. I have all the info about the credit card related to it etc.

Basically the same as the one on this account, just a different provider.

Thanks so much!!! I finally logged in as this Premium account and tried to cancel the recurring payments but received the following message. Could you please cancel the recurring payments so I am not charged in March 2015?

Done. Current charge was pending, so you actually couldn't do it manually.
