I ordered a Kapibarasan 20" plush back on Jan 17th and it still has NOT been shipped. Then on the 22nd I sent an email to customer service asking why it has yet not been shipped, and basically got told to just wait. Well 5 days after that (now 11 days total and 7 business days) I feel like its getting to the point that I deserve and explanation or at least a timeline of when it WILL be shipped. Since your website does say, 'Vendors typically take 24-48 hours to process your order.' I feel like its hitting the point where the wait is getting to long compared to what your website states and now thoughts are entering my mind that maybe my order was lost.

The person told me over email that the item was in stock and I should just wait. But if its in stock why is it taking so long?
It was a daily deal so I understand it could be a high demand product with tons of orders, however, even if it is a high volume products I feel like this length of waiting for an IN STOCK item is starting to get ridiculous, when a normal wait is 1-2 days.

Has anyone else had a problem like this with just ordering a normal (of course nonpre-order) product or daily deal?

It says that daily deals are final sales, but if I seriously have to wait any longer then 2 weeks for this I pretty sure I will start demanding for my money back. 1. because I feel like I am not getting the answers I need to know that its actually coming and not forgotten. 2. A actual estimate when it will be shipped, since your website is not correct in this case. 3. according your shipping information on your website, this is a crazy wait and I shouldn't have to dish out money when so far I see no product in sight.

I do not wish to bash anyone, but I feel like I am not getting the answers I need and its frustrating.

That product is sold by Palos Verdes Peninsula Filmworks LLC (a third party vendor that sells through the Crunchyroll Store). You can message that vendor directly by clicking the Contact Seller button on this page:

The Store Information page does go into further detail on shipping times, since vendors are partners with their own shipping methods and logistics; "The delivery time after processing varies based on the vendor's available shipping methods. We are working on providing you with accurate shipping times. Currently, we are seeing delivery times anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks within the US."

Hopefully they can give you an update themselves, if there's a delay in shipping that particular product.

When I ordered something from Palos Verdes Peninsula Filmworks LLC late last year, I had a similar issue. Roughly two weeks after ordering with no notification of shipment, I messaged the vendor about my order. Took a couple days to get a response, but it was very apologetic and they gave a decent explanation for the delay. They quickly shipped my item priority, which turned out to be UPS 2 Day Air.

Pro tip: If you need to contact a vendor about an order, on each order summary page from your order history are contact links for the vendor of the item(s) ordered.
