Don't know if there's any forum like this yet but here goes :)

At one point in our anime-watching lives, there come a certain anime that you didn't necessarily enjoy or, in fact, thought it was a complete waste of your time. Thought it'd be interesting to see which anime you guys didn't like ^_^ Post the anime and your opinions below :P

For me, the anime I regret watching was Bokura ga Ita (sorry to all of you BGI lovers) I just didn't like the storyline at all and actually thought the ending was dumb. I mean, dead ex girlfriend having the same name as your present girlfriend while at the same time thinking about the old girlfriend?! Geez... and the sister of the dead Nana too.... I was rooting for Yano's (I'm pretty sure that was his name) friend to end up with Nana too.... anyways, did not like it at all -_-

Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou. At the end of every episode I thought to myself "It will get better next episode." I've never been so wrong in all of my life. The animation and artwork appealed to me but the story was slow and boring. I really tried to like it. Sure, it had some hilarious moments but no, overall it was bad and I regret every minute I watched.

Brother's Conflict. Technically I didn't finish it (stopped at episode 11), but I don't even know why I started it.

I have a few ...

Steins;Gate - tried watching it two or three times, got most of the way through and just gave up. Got a lot of hype and it did nothing but waste my time.

Attack on Titan - Concept is great; neat little action anime ... home to my most hated anime character of all time, Armin. Every single frame with him on screen makes me want to cover my eyeballs in papercuts them flush them with heavily-salted lemon juice. I. Hate. That. Character.

Tengan Toppa Guren Lagann - Seriously, what is the big deal? I watched most of it, realized it was terrible, then lamented over the fact that I could have spent my time better by doing something else. Like, anything else.

Bleach - I was heavily invested in Bleach for all of 52 episodes. Then I was like "this is filler" and then I watched some more (up to 120 something) and realized I had just spent the last 70 episodes watching nothing and that filled me with a bottomless rage for the waste of my time. Honestly, if Bleach could have ended after the first arc or two, fine ...

Rant complete (though I could go on about other series I started watching then realized it was a massive mistake and totally regret getting into them).

Gantz

Biggest fucking waste of my time ever. I kept watching it up until the second season, hoping it would get decent, but it never did.

The main character was a lousy scumbag that deserved to be shot point blank in the face. The main character legitimately pissed me off to the point I would have beat the shit out of him if he was a real person.

All of Bleach (was only good until Rukia was saved)
Naruto (The only reason I still watch it today is because it is ending soon, and it's better than the occasional pure fanservice shows)

I know there are some others, but these are the ones that immediately come to mind

Togainu no chi

My friend told me about it and told me to watch it. I watched it and nothing happened throughout the entire series. Biggest waste of my time, it was so boring.

Kono Aozora ni Yakusoku Wo

Someone took an eroge with a bad plot, removed all the sex, most of the fan service, and even took out all the romance. So all you have left is an MC who is kind of a jerk, helping girls who have problems that really don't amount to much, and at the end of which we are all rewarded with declarations of undying friendship. Yay. I'm a sucker for VN-inspired anime, but I still can't believe I watched that one...

Magikano.

In my opinion, the worst execution of a time loop in any anime. Oh, and I'm not "spoiler"ing that, because I doubt you'd ever even get that far...
Not to say that it wasn't an enjoyable lighthearted series in the least- just that I feel I could have spent that time watching another anime, instead of watching the entire series straight like I did...

Kannagi Crazy Shrine Maidens: A big tease throughout the entire thing.

Shakugan no Shana: The male lead was just too pathetic.

Hyouka: I wanted to like it but nothing happens (I stopped at episode 3).
