Hi CR im having the same problem where i will click on Cancel membership and nothing happens

Your account is properly canceled on the backend and will expire on the 26th of December.

Can someone check my account as well to see if it has been cancelled. I tried to cancel my membership sometime after I was charged within the last 30 day cycle but I was still charged today for another billing cycle.

You're on a legacy Paypal subscription, those can be a bit dodgy regarding the renewal. I'll need the email address associated to your Paypal account to fix this. Send it to me via PM or as a ticket, and I will fix things for you.

Im also having issues trying to cancel my premium membership. After trying, i get a green prompt on the page header saying reccuring payments will be stopped. However under "Recurring Payment" it is still listed as YES. Why has this not been fixed yet? I havent used crunchyroll in a couple months but am stuck paying for it. Thats pretty scummy. Let me cancel recurring payments please.

I've tried cancelling my premium membership about three times now. Everytime I just get charged again on the 30 day cycle. I tried going through the support ticket route, but I didn't get any form of response.

I desperately need my recurring payment cancelling.

I tried to cancel a couple of weeks ago and i thought it worked but then on 7th of this month I got a paypal email saying my recurring payment went through....

tried emailing a few days ago but nothing useful.

Worried because for some reason my account says recurring payment due on 14th. Ive already been charged once this month - I CANNOT afford to have to pay again only a week later!!

Just tried cancelling again but it still says active.

I will resub when I can afford it but right now I cant and im getting very scared that I am going to get charged yet again...

You can also cancel any recurring PayPal payment from their side:
