instead of burrying the cancel auto renew below loads of fucking menus just have a simple button instead of making it a pain in the fucking ass to do one small thing this is bullshit change your pratice

I've tried canceling a total of four times now, each time it tells me that I've cancelled it but nothing changes. I was charged for a month that I wasn't interested in after my initial attempts at cancellation and the ticket I sent out a few days ago still hasn't been addressed. It's been an extremely frustrating experience so far.

Thank you very much. I plan to renew my subscription in the future, hopefully this bug will be fixed by then.

I've been having the same issue. Emailed about a week ago and I've only received one reply since then only asking if I was still experiencing the issue and nothing since then. Membership status says im still on a Free Trial Premium Membership. Cancelling recurring payments/premium membership claims to be successful, but nothing changes. Profile page says im a normal account but if I try to sign up for premium it tells me I can't because I already have it.

You are currently premium. You set a 3 month renewal for after your free trial, but something got stuck and our devs are looking into it right now.

I was having a problem cancelling my premium + subscription for a while (maybe 3 months) and I think the problem was that I hadn't set a username. As soon as I did that it let me go through with the cancellations. However, I received an email on December 4th telling me my premium + subscription had been cancelled but I got charged on the 6th. Not only that, but today I got a message from paypal saying Crunchyroll suspended automatic payments (basically what I wanted) but I'm no longer premium +. I didn't use Crunchyroll at all this month and was charged then subsequently had my subscription cancelled a few days later. Is it possible to get a refund for the charge on December 6th?

I am in the same boat as many of the customers in this thread - I have been trying to cancel my account for the past two payment periods, but have been frustrated by the ineffective web form and unresponsive customer support form.

This isn't something I would normally go out of my way to address on Christmas Eve, but I got an email today informing me that I'm out another $6.95 for a service I did not use. I have canceled recurring payments via PayPal's site, but would like my Premium account canceled and past two months refunded, if at all possible. I use a separate account for a local anime club, and enjoy CrunchyRoll in general, but have been seriously disappointed in the site's seeming inability to grant me control over my account.

Looks like you never replied to our questions regarding your ticket on the 24th of November. I've just replied to your new ticket, as we need your email address associated to PayPal to resolve your issue.
