so im having this issue when trying to cancle/revert to a free user . that when asked to select an answer to question one and two which i do and press continue it tells me i have to select an anwser to question two which i allready had selected. please help

if it helps im usingg a promo code for 30 day trial to check out the site to see if its something i would continue using, which i will just not now since im strapped for cash

You should /contact customer support directly for any billing related issues, if you haven't already.

If you're subscribed via iTunes, you need to cancel from there system, and if you're subscribed through PayPal, you can cancel payments from your PP account. Otherwise, you should /contact customer support directly.

I;m having the same problem, I filled out the survey but it keeps saying. "Thank you for your response!
You may not cancel your membership at this time.
Your membership will not be cancelled until you click below." And I don't want to be charged anymore!

You should please make it clear "after we review your account we will manually cancel you" or some such because it's _really_ unclear why the cancel button doesn't work.

This is one of those things where I really like the service but just need to limit my expenses but want to keep my kids interested in a diverse array of entertainment and writing. (i personally love the limitless imagination found in some Anime that makes other forms of story telling seem confined by comparison).

However if I hadn't have found this thread explaining why I was not able to cancel I would not have come back once I blocked Crunchyroll even if I had to change my paypal account to do it. : )

Anyway, great service but yes, this experience of not being able to easily cancel membership is a little frustrating as we've all had services that refused to stop charging even after we've cancelled them.

Unfortunately, it does seem to be a problem with Crunchy Roll. I bought something from the CR store once and was somehow automatically enrolled as a member. No big deal -- it was cheap. But I got a new job later, and since I'd switched banks for my direct deposit, CR was slowly depleting my old checking account. I couldn't temporarily halt the service, and I couldn't cancel. I would have gotten some major overdraft fees if I hadn't gone directly to my bank to tell them to stop the withdrawals. Sadly, this is the only reason I'm not a Premium member.

I'm having the same problem, I got 'You may not cancel your membership at this time.

You had a pending charge since the 22nd which prevented the cancellation. I've taken it off, so your membership is terminated now.
