I did not log in for a few days and when I tried today it said this username is not on crunchyroll!! On top of that I was able to create a new account with the same email address which I used for my previous account. Now this would have not been a problem but I have over $500 worth of pre orders on the crunchyroll store which are all gone. But luckily I have email records of the orders (is that helpful?). I have contacted support but I just wanted to post this to ask if someone else faced this problem. I am devastated and if I am not given a proper solution I might have to take drastic action as this involves a lot of money. If any of you can give any suggestions I would be highly grateful!

Contact support directly using the Contact Us form. Several users have reported having their account stolen and the email address on it changed, and support can help you get it back and verify the status of your orders. You should also keep an eye on your credit card since someone else may have used it under your account to order stuff if you've got it saved.

Also, if you have other accounts not on Crunchy that use the same username and password you'll want to be sure to change your passwords on those, and make sure they aren't all the same thing.
