So I broke down and began to watch Last Cinderella on Crunchyroll just yesterday. I got through 45 minutes of episode two before I decided to pause the program and go to bed. Mind you, I was watching the episode via Roku.

When I attempted to began watching it this morning, it played for a few minutes when suddenly the video cut out and I received the message "Unable to play this video. Check your internet connection."

This message has become fairly sporadic since the DDoS attack. I had to watch episode one on the computer since I got that message, however, episode two played fine on the Roku.

The workaround is to exit the application and re-enter it and resume watching the show. When I did that, I was unable to locate the show in the search.

I came onto Crunchyroll.com and cannot locate episodes either.

That's pretty awful in terms of customer service. If you intend to remove a show/manag/etc. it's your choice. However, it'd be a good idea to notify your customers!

Also moving this to the Site Support forum, since this is not simply a case of the title actually having been removed, so with more info we might be able to resolve this for you.

Nothing has changed regarding the availability of that show. Might have been a temporary issue. Is the show showing up for you right now?
