Welp... Overall, the super bowl is good. Mad that they don't give the ball to Lynch. Also, that full out brawl though. o_o

One of the best RBs in the league (Lynch), 1 yard away and they don't run the ball... I don't get it..... That brawl at the end didn't help either. Still a Hawks fan! We'll get it next year

I'll admit that I was really bummed out when the play happened and on the drive home from my friends place, but we had a great season, I don't have work tomorrow and there's plenty of good anime to watch on my queue, which will hopefully help me forget about the loss... until I turn on the TV of course..........

Wow what a game. I'm ecstatic that the Pats won. (Thank you for not giving the Seahawks back to back Super Bowls) I didn't have faith that the Patriots could overcome the Seahawks but I'm glad they proved me wrong. And it's great that the Super Bowl actually lived up to it's name this year unlike the sacrificial offering that the Broncos were last year.

The throw they made I see all the time with Jimmy Graham and Marques Colston but to pull it off you gotta have a big receiver who can block out the defender.

If it were my call I wouldn't underestimate the Patriots front... I would take advantage of the fact they expect it to goto Lynch and line him up a bit outside and give a end-around looking pre-snap motion. Have the FB run a counter-motion at the snap and Wilson dive directly over the line on the sneak. Yes, he is short but Brees can do it so Wilson definitely has the power to make the jump.

No play is a sure TD but given the situation I bet that would be the least expected. That motion will cause just a tiny moment of hesitation even if they send a double A-gap blitz.

It was a good game though...

The only thing I didn't like about the SuperBowl were the commercials. They did not seem all that funny or memorable this year. However that Nationwide one will be remembered for being killing the mood and may become a meme.

My only advise to the Seattle Seahawks. just remember what old Jack Burton does when the earth quakes, the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, Jack Burton just looks that big old storm right in the eye and says "Give me your best shot. I can take it."

See you next season!

I'm not a fan of either team but i have no idea why Lynch isn't running the ball on 2nd and 1.

My Thoughts:

- Pats should've been ahead by about ten points at halftime (they played that much better to that point)...then were down by ten at the start of the 4th quarter. Crazy how that game turned when the Seahawks scored to tie at the end of the half then went back the Patriots' way.

- About 95% sure Edelman had a concussion on that pass where he was down around midfield and then ran another 15 yards and was never tested. Dude didn't look stable for the rest of that series and the next one. Happened late 3rd/early 4th.

- Seahawks played about as good of a game as you could've asked. Both teams deserved to be here, regardless of what you may think of luck or underhanded methods. These were the best teams of their respective conferences.

- There is no credible explanation to be had for not running Beast Mode on the Seahawks last offensive play. Time was winding down. You had a time out. Lynch is the best player on that side of the ball. He has to get that play. When you lose with your best player, it wasn't meant to be. Seahawks out-thought themselves on that play. That being said...

- ...good for Malcolm Butler. Went from being the goat giving up that catch to being the Hero with the INT. Feel happy for that guy, no matter who I was pulling for.

EDIT:

- Finally, Brady officially claims the Title Belt for "Best QB of His Generation" and is a credible argument for Best QB of All Time. He's certainly Number 2 or 3 on most lists.

Not gonna lie, I watched the Puppy Bowl.

While volunteering at the animal shelter today, the staffers joked that we could've hosted our own puppy bowl, having both a litter of 12 Retriever mix and 10 Boxer puppies.

I missed the end I caught a glimpse. Judging by everyone's predictions, if the Seahawks won, which i beleive they did, the victory is no surprise to me. Even as a non football fans I knew everyone was vying for them to win.

As for the commercials, as much as I dilsike them some that were on were cute this year. Dat puppy and horse Budwiser one.

Might be weird from somebody random, but I applaud you helping out at an animal shelter. Props to you.
