My phone, because it can save my life if I'm in the middle of nowhere. Unlike a personal computer.

My air conditioning.
Boredom can be easily remedied, temperature control, not so much.

A high-end laptop with built in 4G. I don't have one though, just saying that's what I would've wanted.

My laptop. With skype you can call anyone, with a computer you can do much much more than a phone. And my household = 1. So I dont have to fight with any siblings or parents for it.
But, depends on what you count as an 'electronic device'. Without a router I'm screwed. Microwaves count as electronic devices. TV's do too, Game Consoles, etc. If you're counting all of those, then I'd go with phone since no router = useless computer.

Challenge accepted... a custom built briefcase gaming PC with a harvested UPS battery and 4G wireless adapter. My PC will just assimilate the phone functionality. Sure it's a bit bulky but that doesn't matter to me.

I'd find a way to smuggle other things in as needed, but a computer with mobile data capabilities.
I think that's the most common answer as it stands anyways.
