So i signed up for a trial to use on my Roku to watch Naruto the jap dub. Unfortunately it didnt show up with the latest episodes on my roku for some reason so i Never used it. I did not know that auto billing would occur after the trial was over, nor did i recieve an email telling me it was about to be over. I then checked my credit card statement online and saw I was charged the same day I logged in to see my credit card statement. So its still the full 30-31 days of Crunchy ROll that i have not used. I emailed crunchyroll on 1/28 and still have not heard back from them nor do I have the refund yet. What is gong on???

You terminated the membership manually, which removed you from the VIP support queue.
But don't worry, they will eventually get around to your ticket, too.
