Post Reply Does crunchyroll support not care!

I contacted crunchyroll support 3 days ago regarding my account being stolen and they haven't responded yet. I have a lot of pre orders on my account as well as my credit card info. I even posted before in the forums. Can anybody suggest me what to do because I am tired of waiting. Usually I wouldn't have cared if support took long to respond but this time a large sum of money and my credit card info is at risk. So somebody please help!

Doesn't seem like they care. about to cancel my services. sorry to hear that. I would contact your bank. and have them cancel to crunchyroll. and watch your purchases on the statements to see if anyone has tried to use your card info.

You do realize it takes them longer than three days to gather information and verify your credentials. For all they know, you could be trying to hack that account. Having worked in MMORPG support, I know for a fact how long it takes to resolve account related issues; you do realize you are not the only person they are trying to help right? They cant flip their fingers and magically resolve your issue. Give them some time.

I don't really like advocating bypassing customer support, but shinryou has been pretty good about responding to these account issues.

You shouldn't have to worry about losing your credit card information, since it can't be retrieved even if someone else gains access to your account. You should keep an eye on your banking account, as they may attempt to place orders through the store.

You should be able to log in to your old account now.

However, I have no access to our store system, so I can't help you with your store orders.
