I try to sleep 6 hours but my body doesn't obey me, so I end up sleeping like 8-9.

Try for 8 and ok with 7. 5 is the minimum. Less than 5 for a strech of time and you're at risk for burnout (and not with more hours).

7-8 here every night. I'm still always tired though because my quality of sleep sucks

Usually 9. I don't have a job at the moment so I sleep from 2:30am to 11:30am, but it usually takes me about an hour to fall asleep.

I try to get as much as I can... honestly.

I hate feeling sleepy when I'm not at home.

But I can't sleep longer for 5-6 hours these days. Don't know why. Probably due to my addiction to technology, to be honest.

But on 6, I'm usually ok. 8 or 10 hours is great... but they happen very RARELY ever since I gotten older...

I call in sick if I don't get at least 6 hours of sleep. I don't care. I don't like going to work feeling like a zombie. Insomnia should be a legitimate reason for not going to work.

I like to try to get 8 hours, as you're supposed to. I sometimes get 6 but I find that okay to function properly.

I try to get 6-8 hours of sleep. Any more than that and i feel like i slept too long and the im tired all day.
