This list isn't exclusive to main characters, but it's still worth a look.

Masa isn't black. He's tanned. I do mean tanned, as in his skin color is altered.

This is a spoiler so don't click it if you don't want to know.

Other than the ones listed, I can't think of any.

But there's not many caucasians either.

The main characters are mainly asian, despite how we might consider animated characters to look.

There are plenty of caucasians.

Eren from Attack on Titan.
Edward from Full Metal Alchemist.
Jonathan and Joseph in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
Setsuna from Gundam 00 is an Arab.
Pandora Hearts characters are British I think.
Ciel from Black Butler is British.
99% of the characters from Hellsing are not Asian, including the main character.
In Yousei to Hakushaku the main female character is Scottish and the main male character is English.

The breakdown usually is that you will 8 out of 10 times get a Japanese main character. 1 out of 10 times it will be a fantasy character that may have a completely fantasy name like Ash Blake from Dragonar Academy or he may have a Japanese style name like Kamito from Blade-dance, but there is no race involved. Finally for the last 10 percent you will have a real world based anime where the main character is either European or American.

Then there is a less than 1% chance that you will get a main character who is not Japanese, White, or Fantasy. This includes other Asians such as Koreans and Chinese.

fair enough. I did not account for Japan's love of Europe...

I argue though that the general point stands. Most of the time, Anime characters are Japanese.
