6 days to watch both seasons? Oh crap

That's only 4 episodes per day. Far easier than finishing 60 episodes of Beelzebub in the same time frame.

I didn't even attempt that, since it would have been too time-consuming while working. Thankfully, I've already seen both QB series when they were available on Netflix.

Don't underestimate my ability to watch shows at a snail's pace.

I've been hoping other series get rescued (Lucky Star) and get a DVD/Bluray release. I've seen you can get Rebellion, but not the first 2 seasons. I'm not very familiar with Media Blasters, so what does that mean when you say it's one of their releases?

Uhhh.... Lucky Star you say...

Yes, it is a Media Blasters title. Media Blaster's license is likely expiring like TheAncientOne said AND Media Blasters has been having...problems getting stuff out and keeping licenses in print. It's getting to the point almost where IF they release something, you'd better get it quick because if you wait too long, well, good luck FINDING it. Rebellion is released by a different company (Sentai Filmworks/Section 23) so it's east to find that season. Perhaps Sentai will pick up the first 2 seasons when the license runs out since they have Rebellion and "Beautiful Warriors" (whatever that is).

Ah, okay. Thank you for explaining that. I believe Beautiful Warriors is a side story of some sorts. (I have not seen it, either.) Not 100% sure what it's about. I hope Sentai does get it. Love that series. Rebellion was good, but the original was my favorite.

Why is Crunchyroll taking away the shows I love? It was an interesting story (yes there WAS a story) that I had hoped Crunchyroll would have continued pass the "Rebellion" story arc.

.....there was a story behind the plot? How did you find it? I mean there were some pretty massive... lol i'll stop now.

They acquired the necessary rights for home video (BD/DVD) release. Funimation rarely picks up library titles for streaming only.

Crunchy's licenses expire too. With a physical media release at least you CAN have some time to track it down and buy it if you want to. (If you have enough warning before prices go through the roof, that is). Check the front page every once in a while because USUALLY there's some sort of announcement. For example, Beelzebub was taken down a short while back. (And I was one of those insane people that marathoned the ENTIRE 60 episodes and BARELY finished in time thanks to that stupid Denial of Service Attack! I had no life outside of work while I was scrambling to finish!) I'm glad I finished in time because there's no other LEGAL way to see Beelzebub now. That's the downside with streaming only -- once it's gone, you're out of luck.

At least with this show there's enough time to take it easy a little.

Anyhow, I am always sad when something is taken down, even if it's something I have no interest in.

It is also uncensored here.

Also, you won't have it for long, as Hulu shows it expires 02/15/2015.

Oh ? I didn't know Crunchy hosted soft porn.

Since that what this series is all about, one of the few titles I dropped after my three episode method of watching ( watch three eps, then you know if you like series or not).

Must be why I can't see it on lists.. one step more for regional censorship, go licence nazies go !

Challenge completed. Did each season in a day. It was a lot better story than I expected after watching the first episode. Now to hunt down the OVAs and S3 somewhere to finish the story.

Has a date been released for when they will be coming out, or have they only recently acquired it?
