Noted. I love terribad cheesy movies, & low budget horror movies that take themselves seriously, but the props & terrible dub make it unintentionally hilarious, like Zombie 90 & The Story of Ricky.

You want some completely whacked out comedy, I present to you Hentai Kamen: Forbidden Super Hero. It's a live action movie about a guy who discovers that he gains super powers when he wears women's panties, and he uses his bulge to fight crime. Seriously some of the weirdest stuff you will ever see.

As a quick explanation, I am a bigger fan of good satire, and I will put up with the bad if good is within it.

Army of Darkness is the type of film I enjoy, but by 3 it's making fun of itself as much as it is pushing a great storyline about an oversure hero. It's not for everybody, it's really good, but you don't necessarily have to be into Evil Dead to enjoy Arny of Darkness. It's almost the reverse of it, Evil Dead makes more sense to the general viewer after Army of Darkness.

Italian Spiderman is an underground nerddhit, don't chase it down just because of its broad meme appeal or its mix of incredible and poor satire. It has moments of true gold, and that's the common thread.

Bubba Ho-Tep is insanely good if you take it all into accounts. Elvis and Black JFK team up to fight a mummy in a convalescence home. It' a great idea that they nailed.

Good suggestions, unfortunately I've seen them plenty, grew up on them. I always watched the Evil Dead movies (Army of Darkness) back-to-back with Braindead (Dead Alive). It's a mandatory double feature, like Grindhouse & Zombie Strippers. I can't remember if I saw Bubba HJo-Tep before or after Cinema Snob reviewed it.

Bummer....I must have spent my entire week's LOL Quota on Dansho Koukousei no Nichijou & Gintama, because I haven't' laughed once at Nichijou. It kinda flat-lined for me, like Lucky*Star & Squid Girl.

older titles (you may need to find alternate means for viewing):
Tentai Senshi Sunred (aka Astrofighter Sunred)
Urayasu Tekkin Kazoku (aka Super-radical Gag Family)
Sugoiyo Masaru San (aka Sexy Commando)

Watamote (a yandere loner girl trying to become popular), Mitsu Domoe (3 quirky and very different triplet little girls growing up fast beyond thier years) and Sabagebu (an all-girl spooffest of the popular genre spoofing everything from the Godfather to Predator over the length of the series) immediately come to mind looking at your list. None of the 3 have romance as a main plot point, all 3 are somewhat different in comedy styles.

I watch a lot of anime comedy, and I think that Mitsudomoe may be my favorite on the site. The misunderstandings are just so absurd and hilarious.

Hyper Police - a comedy set in the future where humanity is in decline and kemonomimi abound. The main plot follows the adventures of a clumsy, cat-girl bounty hunter, Natsuki, as she tries to catch enough criminals to earn a living.

Princess Resurrection - a harem comedy with a twist. All the girls are tsundere, yandere or just plain dominatrixes. The male protagonist is a weedy teenager who is severely lacking in willpower or the skills to cope with the dangerous situations he finds himself in.

Disgaea - the adventures of the prince of the netherworld as he strives to reclaim his deceased father's throne while fending off demons, angels and human space adventure heros.

The Adventures of Mini-goddess - a spin off of Ah My Goddess (a romantic comedy that your original post suggests you wouldn't enjoy). The "Mini" series is a collection of zany episodes about three goddesses shrinking themselves into super-deformed characters the size of a rat and their adventures in and around their temple home.

Urusei Yatsura - if you liked Ranma 1/2 then check out this earlier series by the same creator.

Sabagebu! - Survival Game Club! hasn't been mentioned yet, it's basically about a group of girls in a survival game club doing wacky stuff having imaginary gun fights, however it's not the main focus. the main character is coldhearted and egocentric which makes for some interesting situations.
