Hi, new to these forums, but I thought it would be a good place to, for lack of a better word, air my frustrations.

For a few months now, my queues have not been updating at all. I can't even remember how long this has been going on or how many shows it has happened to. As soon as I finish watching an episode, queue doesn't move or update or anything. Maybe it's because I'm using a 4S, maybe it's some glitch, but I'd like to have it fixed. 4 e-mails haven't gotten any results.

If any more information is needed, I can try to provide it as best as I can. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing trouble as well. Thank you for reading this and have a nice day.

You're not the only one. I have an iPhone 4S, as well as two iPads, and none of them update. I've given up and now record my queue stats manually. One gets to the point where one couldn't care less anymore if it's fixed or not, to be blunt. Besides that, I'm used to it with Funimation.

(Seems like I've said this on a few other threads recently, but oh well. Just wanted to share your frustration.)

Is there a way to manually switch to the next episode? Or do you just go to the show itself and click on the episode you remember you're on? Curious to see if there is some "secret magic" update button thingy...for lack of a better term.

I just go to the show 'landing page' by clicking on 'videos' from the queue, and then select the next-to-watch episode. I keep a list in the iOS Notes app and update it immediately after I watch an episode. Rather time-consuming, but it keeps things rolling along.

Yup, this is happening to me as well on my iPad. No problems on my WiiU or PC.

Does the queue issue happen with funimation as well? I've actually been meaning to try them out because I'm so frustrated w/the lack of comment by CR on this issue.

The Funimation iOS app has never had a queue system. All it has is a list of your shows, and there is no earthly way to remember where you left off without recording it manually. I wouldn't go there because of frustration with CR, because you'll be equally irritated (mind you, there's nothing wrong with Funi's content). There are vague noises from time to time about implementing a proper queue system in the app, but I'm not holding my breath, either there or here.

All hail the anime gods.

CR you have officially won me over with this new update, thank you for fixing all that was wrong. Im with you for life, now if you could do something about that full screen not turning off when it auto goes to the next episode, that would be just great :).

Queues have been working great, except for NARUTO Spin-Off: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals. It's been stuck on the PV 1 for some time now.
