Do I have the knowledge I have now?

That was the first question I had...

My answer I guess is still no. I need to go back further, say 15 years at least, (which would put my in my one year of college). Ten years ago isn't enough to change my life or take a different direction, which is, i assume, what he point to this would be.

The past ten years instead, have been dealing with very limited options and building slowly and carefully upon what I could. I would't change it per se, but It's not like I could either.

15, even better, 20 years back, to before high school, and with the knowledge I have? yes. In a heartbeat.

I always think to myself if I were to go back in time with my current knowledge, I would do things differently - but I bet I would end up making the same mistakes and perhaps not make as many of the right decisions as I tried too hard to do things differently.

I'll stick with what I have now. No, thank you, fair time traveler.

I'm with you there, restarting school would suck.

A ten-year reset would essentially mean that I'd get to relive my time in university, which was great, and I would have the chance to go and make some friends there this time. I'd also be able to try and rectify my career situation (ie: take it seriously earlier).

On the other hand, some of the friends I have, I've met as a direct result of "bad" choices, especially career ones, and it's not as if it's ever too late to look for a satisfying career. Thinking about it, I haven't messed up in any major ways, so there's no real need to turn back the clock.

hmm now this has got me thinking.

i would then be 14 still have my savings. so i would invest them.

i would tell my parents to not take me and my sisture oh holidays instead use the money to keep the house repayments up to date.

i would of forced myself to continue with martial arts and ice hockey. (the martial arts would of helped with my knee not giving up on me)

also it would of prevented some stupid stuff from happening.

I'd do it. Just to gain 10 years of easy living back. It was great fun back then. I'd do some things differently but not many.

If I could travel back and become my 15 year old self again while retaining the knowledge and thoughts I have now, I'd be all for it.

Hell no, I wouldn't want to relive graduating high school again. I'm much happier these days than I ever was when I was growing up.

I would jump on an offer like that in a heartbeat!

Ten years ago was a big turning point in my life - the whole 'turned right when I should have gone left' thing.

Yes and even with only some of the knowledge I have now, with everything it would be great.

I would desperately like another chance, but stuff like that doesn't happen.

So we must make the best of what we have and try to pave a way to a better future. That what we would want to do if we did go back anyway. It'd just be easier with more knowledge.
