Recently I've been having some issues with the ios app. After I watch an episode, it does not automatically play the next one.
Also, it does not register that I have finished watching an episode, so if I click to watch it from my home page it just starts playing the last episode I watched from the beginning again and I have to manually go and find the episode I want from the list.
Also if I stop watching in the middle of an episode it doesn't remember where I am and will just start playing from the beginning again.

I've logged in and out and that didn't help. Any suggestions?

I've shifted this over to the iOS support forum. This seems to be a known issue with the app, on at least some devices using iOS 8.

I'm on iOS 7.1.2 on my iPad and see this issue as well.

Yeah, I noticed this recently on my phone--which I use regularly for watching CR video, and have not yet upgraded to iOS 8. I'd also been not updating my CR app, but apparently did so inadvertently the other day when I carelessly chose "update all" forgetting there was a CR update in there.

Now my app is broken too

I'm using Ipad Air 2 (IOS 8.4.2) and the pause icon is stuck throughout the video play. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

I took a look at the iOS app and I am also getting the issue where the next episode does not start but otherwise it is normal. My suggestion would be sending in a request at this link if you haven't already. https://crunchyroll.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you have sent in a request then just wait for a response. Sending multiple requests will not speed things up. Thanks for letting us know and keep us posted on any changes

I am running iOS 8.4.1 and I am unable to now use an external display. I used to be able to output to a large monitor but that is no longer working with the Cruncyroll app. I am able to do it with the other Apple apps.

I am having the same problem. I was usin a sony tv with a hdmi conection, but only audio no image. The video player of my ipad is working correctly but not the cr app

Me three. No external display, only the audio. The display is blank on the iPad as well the moment that I connect the HDMI adapter. I am on iOS 7.1.2 and the latest CR revision. Can you re-release the last version in a way that we can roll back?

I dunno but I think not. The apple store only have the lattest actualizacion. Actually I am viewing the cr series with my pc connecting to my tv via hdmi. Actually I think is the only sollution.

Still no joy. Still cannot output to an external video device. Crunchyroll, don't you test your software before putting it in the app store?
