The shows are lagging. The video is playing slower than the sound, kind of skipping like a scratched DVD, the pictures slowly dragging.

Videos have been lagging for me too and the app just went down completely. I couldn't get a video to load so I restarted the app and now I'm getting the "App cannot open" error.

It just came back up. I wanted to reinstall before I sent a ticket because I knew they'd probably ask me to try that anyway. When I logged back in it was back up. I don't know if that's what fixed it or if it was just fortuitous timing, but I really do get tired to having to reinstall and log back in all the time. It always fixes the problem but it happens too often.

having the same problem vdeos do load and as he say the audio and video arent going at the same speed.

Yeah, I'm still having lag, although I'm not having any problem with video/sound sync. Just takes longer to load and to catch up with seeking.

I also checked and it's not my wifi or tablet. I tried another site and it worked perfectly fine at 1020x720mp4. It has to be something on crunchyroll's end

Well, you were describing a playback issue. Is it a particular episode? A particular show? Or everything?

HD streams without lags but 2-5 quality downs for 10-20 seconds.
Please bring a manual quality switch.

It's that way for all new releases. Other episodes that are of older anime appear to be in sync but it kicks me out of the episode within 30 seconds.
