Dio Brando.
He's such a horrible person that I dropped JoJo's for almost six months after the first episode because of him. I normally like villains, but I hate that guy's guts.

I don't know what the deal about Dio is supposed to be. I thought he was just kind of generic, nothing more. Then again, he supposedly gets more screentime in another part of Jojo's, but as that part hasn't been animated yet, I only know about the Dio that was in Phatom Blood, who is pretty bland for a villain.

It was burning the dog alive in the first episode that just sort of made me go 'nope' and drop the show for a good while.
I guess it's that he's just an evil person without any redeeming factors to make him likable in an evil way or sympathetic. Sure he had a bad childhood, but when given the chance at a better life he immediately decided to just steal everything from the family who took him in. They didn't really give a reason for him doing that other than 'he's an evil scumbag'.

If you look at the url, it's supposed to be Griffith from Berserk.

I second Griffith. Evil bastard.

I strongly agree. Griffith/Femto is my most hated guy. Has been for quite some time and won't probably be surpassed by anyone for a while.

Johan from Monster is the worst of the worst that I've seen.

But here are my honorable mentions:

- Father from Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood
- Knives from Trigun
- Maximillian from Valkyria Chronicles
- Guaron from Full Metal Panic!

That's what I meant. He's just kind of an asshole that suddenly wants world domination at some point because ... I guess he got nothing better to do.

The best villains in my opinion are the ones do evil things because they can. If you can save a life like a hero than why not take a life like a villain. Just what I think personally.

Seryu Ubiquitous- For those of you who have seen Akame ga Kill!, need I say more? For those of who who haven't, I cannot express with words how much I hate this villain.

runner-ups: Dio Brando, Shogo Makishima, Envy, Ragyo Kiryuin, Charles Di Brittania.

Actually it goes deeper than that.

Seiryu Ubiquitous was mentioned, but pretty great.

The worst villain is Time. Not enough of it to do what I want to do, yet too much of it is wasted when doing it.

The following:

Aizen from Bleach: He is such a manipulative and deceptive villain with uber hax powers who don't give a shit about anyone and have a plan for everything.

Shogo Makishima from Psycho Pass: Similar personalities to Aizen but without the hax powers. Still a great villain and made the series more interesting.

Light Yagami from Death note: Nuff Said!

Beatrice from Umineko: She really was cruel and mysterious.

I continue to stand on my beliefs that Izaya Orihara while sinister as fuck, is someone who I really hate. He's masterful but what he does absolutely revolts me, so I can't help but hate him.

Shindou Kei from Ef: Tale of Memories.

I consider her an antagonist because of these reasons:

Makishima and Kamui from Psycho Pass.
Minister Fujwara from Code Breaker.

That's all I got right now.

Frieza, the one who caused the extinction of the main character's species, including the parents. Also, he killed little children on the spot.
