Already did. Twice. Over a month period. No offense, but you guys sound like drones, repeating the same advice. We get it.The "contact us" option is readily available, but it hardly helps since nothing gets resolved. Hence, you get people complaining in forums just to be heard.

same here I have sent at least 5 different emails and no response..the only time im contacted is when they take my money

Exactly. I think the only piece of advice I could give, if you used a credit card, is just report it lost or compromised to your bank. It'll be a new number and Crunchyroll will be forced to close your account or return it to a free membership. To contest refunds for basically unathorized charges, it would have to be a legal battle. Which would be a lot more trouble than it's worth.

I'm yet another member who supposedly cancelled a premium free trial before it ran out, only to find I was charged the following month. It's supposed to be set to non-recurring.

I would like my membership cancelled, a refund, and my card details removed, please.

And yes, I have used the contact form.

You were very quick and everything seems to have worked out. I didn't realise the trial ended on 0:00, not 23:59. Thanks for the refund.

The only reason I cancelled is because I'm in the UK and some of the shows I really want to watch aren't available in my region. Otherwise, your service is great.

I've got the exact same problem. I emailed them and I'm not getting a response. I'm starting to wonder if the site is just downright bugged.

I've had the same issue, and I sent multiple messages to their "support" and nothing, I can't cancel and they keep charging me. What the fuck kind of scam is this?

Can't cancel my account either. Been billed a month after even after I tried before. Please cancel my premium and recurring payments that I can't do myself. Might as well delete my whole account if you guys ever get at it.

Your premium membership is non-recurring currently. Does it show you anything else?

I have tried multiple times to cancel my account. I've already sent out an email to support with screenshots of the most recent cancelation email and proof of being charged a month later. My account still shows that I have the premium membership and recurring payments. My paypal used for this has now overdrawn my bank account. I'm very angry with the service or lack of it. I want a refund and for my account to actually get canceled. This will be the fourth attempt.
