This has been going on since yesterday. Other apps on the TV work fine so I reinstalled it but still nothing. Anyone else having the same issue?

I just buy my Samsung Smart TV today also register my premium account on CR but when try to launch the app, appears a text "we can not connect. please try again later!" now I feel scammed

Also, what internet provider are you on?

I don't have any problem accessing from my PC neither android

Also I try with a proxy but get the same result.

Same problem on my Samsung galaxy tab3 10.1, get black screen without playing since yesterday
no problems on pc or ipad though

What Android version? Are you on the latest version of the App? WiFi or mobile internet?

I have a Samsung RB-BD-EM57C/ZA Blu-ray Player and time warner 50mbps internet I started my account Feb 1 and worked till yesterday My xbox 360 ps4 desktop and iphone5 all connect no problem

Samsung smart tv app works fine, but I have the same problem with my 10.1 tablet, click on a show only to get a black screen.

My TV is samsung 46d6530 on wifi. Other streaming apps work ok on the TV. Now using Wii U app which works ok as does computer app.

SAMSUNG BD E5500 Ethernet wired connection.
Same connect problem since friday night: " we can not connect. Try again Later ! " .
Remove and reintalled last CR App. doesn't fix the problem
Test roku 3 connected on same wired Ethernet port , and roku's CR App Works OK.. so I discard the internet provider.
Hope fix this asap.
