Android version 4.4.2 and using WiFi. Ive unistalled the app and redownloaded from playstore so am assuming it latest version of app

Same thing happening to us, going on 2 + days now. (Samsung smart tv app [TV]PN51D7000), with comcast connection displaying following error: "we can not connect. please try again later!" All other apps continue to work fine. Also tried unistalling/reinstalling-- no help. Please fix!!!

Same here, just checked a minute ago and the app tries to connect, and get the same error "We can not connect. Please try again later". Kinda sucks cause that's my entertainment while on the treadmill. lol

Same thing happening to me.

Samsung PN51D7000 with Comcast connection displaying following error:
"we can not connect. please try again later!"

Attempted uninstalling & re-installing with no success.

Please find a solution soon!

I've already forwarded the issue and they are probably already having a look at it. Keep in mind there was a long weekend in the US, with the Monday being a holiday.

Hi, I have the same problem but I own 2 different Samsung TV's, 1 older and 1 newer model.

On the older model the CR app doesn't work but on the newer model it does!

They're both connected to the same router.

I think there is an issue with the old version of the smart hub software?

The Crunchyroll app on my Samsung Bluray player is not working either. PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!


I sent a updated e-mail with the above picture to Crunchyroll Support but I've yet to get a response.

I am having difficulties linking my account to my Samsung blu ray player. After inputting the code at Crunchyroll, a message said that my activation code is invalid. I have accurately inputted the code, however my device was previously linked to another account which I had just deleted prior to the creation of this one.

If anyone knows of a solution, please let me know.
