If the device wasn't unlinked before deleting the account, that could cause this issue.

I would suggest /contacting customer support with the previous account'qs information, to see if they can manually deactivate the BD player from their end.

I have the same problem with my Samsung tab 10.1, but this started with the last update for the CR app. Video does not load. Is there a way to get the previous version of CR?

I'm having the same problem as well for over a week now. I've tried messaging customer support and they said that it might be an internet problem. I sent my internet speed results like they asked, but I haven't heard from them since. Any developments to a solution?

Having the same problem, I have deleted and reinstalled twice and still not working. All other apps work fine, It's definitely a problem on CR's side.
