Diablo 3 (moving onto RoS now)

This game has come far since it's initial launch. Blizzard actually turned around and listened to the voice of the consumers and acted upon it, which was a pretty fantastic move in my opinion. As a Diablo veteran I tried to leave my expectations at the door. What I left with was a pretty fantastic experience. My only qualm would be difficulty. Normal is a breeze, I took essentially no damage. Hard is still too easy. Expert is a bit better, a bit more satisfying, but still a breeze. Can't wait to unlock harder difficulties as I go.

Hmmm...it's been a very long time since I've completed a game...probably Sonic Lost World? I've been on a bit of a gaming haitus, but I'm working on changing that, so I'm currently working on Wind Waker HD and Paper Mario Sticker Star.

*EDIT: Actually, I beat the original 16-Bit Sonic a few weeks ago, just for fun

I completed Dragon Age: Inquisition about a hour or two ago. I'd have to say, it's my personal favorite of the series, and was a HUGE step up from the mediocre Dragon Age 2. It had the best open world/combat out of the series, though the story probably wasn't as strong as Origins. Most of all, there's quite a bit of content (especially in the open world) and replayability, which is something the second entry sorely lacked imo. I put in about 46 hours on my first playthrough and I had quite a bit of side content and exploration to do! It's good to see Dragon Age return in all its glory.

Syndicate (2012). I thought it was a really fun game that featured meaty combat, great weapons, and an incredible game world. I just wish it were more ambitious: the campaign was short, and the story was too restrictive for its own good. Syndicate reminds me a lot of Shogo: Mobile Armor Division: it's a FPS that possesses a lot of style, but not a lot of substance.

Speaking of Shogo: MAD, when are we going to get another anime FPS?

Resident Evil 6, if you consider campaigns. Otherwise, Lost Planet 2. Such an old game nowadays.

Finished Dark Souls 2 a few weeks ago, 93 deaths in total. I've been playing it again to beat it on NG+ but it's just not as fun when you know what's going to happen, and the extra grinding since there are more enemies.

Only 93? Jeez I wish I knew how many deaths I had my first playthrough. Probably 120+.. Also NG+ is the best part, the more enemies, the harder bosses, its great.

Valiant Hearts

Finished it on the weekend and really enjoyed it. It stumbles a little mechanically here and there, and there are maybe too many fetch quest style "puzzles" but that doesn't bring the game down too much. The characters and story are likable and memorable, and there are some puzzles in that game that make you scratch your head without getting anywhere near the BS backwards logic often found in traditional point and click style games. The educational tidbits and collectables are really nice too.
