Hello i've had to make a new account on the same email as before. my subsciption just went from free to the 12month on the 13th. and now i can't login it says my email does not exist(the one i used for this account) so now i've just bought a 99,99$ pack and nothing to gain from it. i really need some help here. i got a screenshot of the first confimation mail for the account in question.

Please contact customer support using the Contact Us form. That's the most reliable way of bringing the problem to the attention of staff who can help.

I did do that. but i didn't tick off the premium member box. didn't know if should make a new request or just wait it out since its going to be way slower.

Just restored your old account. Go request your password and change it to something other than the one you used before. Also change your password on *all* other services that had the same email/password combination.

Well he did manage to buy a 99.99$ subscription and send it to his main account. but i made a "Contact us" about it. i even sent a screenshot. that shows the account that redeemed it. hopefully we can do something about it

I already took care of that. Refund to your account is on its way.
