Any potential legal issues with getting anime tattoos aside, i think the anbu mark from naruto would be pretty sweet, same with any village symbol.

you can always commission an actual sketch artist or artist on somewhere like deviantart to draw something up for you. Find an artist you like on an art site, or you can even find great artists on twitter/facebook/instagram/etc., and commission a piece. Be aware that it takes a lot of time, especially for popular artists, and expect that it won't be super cheap because more often than not this is their livelihood.

If you like it enough or if you think it's good enough to go off, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ORIGINAL ARTISTS PERMISSION, and then find a great tattoo artist. There's a lot of awesome tattoo artists on instagram. I recommend the artist Perj- he's fucking brilliant, but he's based out of New York if location is an issue.
