I can watch videos on my phone my galaxy 3s and on my samsung Smart TV so when I try to play it on my galaxy tab its just a black screen

Same with my Acer tablet. My galaxy s3 phone plays videos perfectly well. But I only get a black screen with the status bar and play ext. buttons. NO video. And no reply from support. As I'm paying for this service I expect a solution in a reasonable amount of time.

FIX IT PLEASE!

Same here. Premium user. Black screen. Maybe it plays 10 or 20 secs and it freeze and dies. Gg wp

Same thing for me. Samsung Tab 10. Just a black screen with controls and episode length showing up with all episodes.

EDIT: Sometimes time starts flowing but still video is black.

Samsung tab 3 10.1 inch loading but not playing at all uninstalled reinstalled done it all still nothing works fine on my sony phone please sort out

Same issue - paid subscription works on my Motorola phone but not on my Samsung Tab - black screen with controls only. Come on now Crunchyroll , if you're going to have Pewdiepie herding in subscribers, you need to be ready to serve them and your long-time customers as well!

my opinion is they just dont care... its been over 2 months with the new app and had problems since then. Soon I will be asking for a credit for 2 months or I am going to cancel my membership.

over and over again all they say is, its with the developer but we have no idea when it will be out and cant even give ETA (which is nuts)

as you stated, an update is being worked on but you cant give an ETA and even your device is broken with the app. Which is what I said above, your telling us its with the DE and you cant give updates. or are you referring to another comment that I missed???

I just wanted to point out that we are not ignoring the issue. The update is really close to being released and will not just contain bug fixes, but also some new features.

ok understood and the new features could possibly slow it up, didnt see that before mentioned. My suggestion is for the next time is to fix the users problems first and then go and add new features since fixing the issue might have been faster.

I'm on a Nexus 7 2013, and the app was actually working for me until just yesterday. I did install an Android OS update yesterday, I think that broke it. Android is starting to become more notorious than Windows for OS problems.

Same here -- playback stopped working on my Nexus 7 two days ago after the update to Android 5.1. Just spins and then times out.

This is my main device for watching Crunchyroll. I'm a subscription customer.

My Android 5.1 Nexus 5 phone still works (but the screens too small for comfortable viewing).

Just watched an ep of Food Wars using today's update, encountered no problems.

I'll let you know if I start having any new problems.
