Is that an Android device? Try removing it at /acct/?action=devices and then logging back in on the device.

He's probably talking about Toto TV, which is an Android-powered set-top box. Similar to the Nexus player.

ya intente y el unico sistema que no me jala es crunchyroll, tengo netflix, claro video, Cranckle entre otros y el que mas me gusta utlizar no puedo porque esas actualizaciones que indican que fue por errores pero en lugar de mejorar han empeorado mi servicio lo malo que los dias pasan y no me lo van a rembolsar y es dinero perdido, desgraciadamente mejor paginas en donde no pagas hay similar calidad y soporte tecnico es muy efectivo en minutos levantan los videos caidos o con fallas, aqui vamos para dias y no hay solucion.

Un detalle a considerar pagamos por videos de estreno con hrs de diferencia con respecto a Japon y en el caso de kuroko tiene dos semanas de atraso, ahi la publicidad esta diciendo una mentira, por favor gente de soporte, marketing y planeacion revisen las cosas y cumplan el servicio no es gratutio y al paso de los meses ha bajado mucho la calidad del servicio.

Los clientes somo fieles siempre y cuando respeten lo prometido.

It's not very helpful that you are using Spanish on an English forum. I do know some Spanish, but I will not be able to give you proper support this way.

Either way, we are aware of the fact that particular devices have playback issues since our latest app update. I have briefly talked to our developers about those issues today and I've been told that they will be having a look at this shortly.

What Android version runs on your Toto TV? Does it have wireless or wired connection?

In regard to Kuroko S3, there is nothing we can do about the delay. The publisher of that show owns part of a different streaming service, which has the primary broadcast license for that title. We were only able to get Kuroko under the condition that we delay the broadcast by 2 weeks.

The version of android tv toto is 4.1.2 and the connection is wireless

sorry for my complaint in Spanish according to its webpage I is set to that language and I command you to one English, one seeks the way I resulevan the problem and really frustrating that I can not see the picture on my TV New for this problem and more because before works perfectly and videos are perfectly they saw and now TV is an ornament over the house.
