I'm looking for recommendations for manga/Light novels with time travel theme. It doesn't have to be time travel directly, but it should have some form of time manipulation in it's theme.
It's even better if the psychological aspect is a big factor in it. However, a historical theme would drag it down completely.
I know i'm asking for much...

Steins;Gate is definitely the first that comes to mind for me. I've only watched/enjoyed the anime, though I know a manga is out there for it. I heard the LN series got cancelled, unfortunately. Fushugi Yuugi also has time travel, but I didn't really care for it. InuYasha, of course, but it's not very psychological, so it's probably not what you're after.

I thought Steins gate was originally a light novel? But yeah, ive seen it, and it was the ideal anime for me. Steins gate is what made me want to look for more from the same genre.

I think it started life as a Visual Novel.. maybe there was also a Light Novel version, I was just thinking of one that was supposed to be set 6 years later in the timeline, but got cancelled back in December.

ETA: a couple more I thought of, though again, they might not be what you're after.. S;G is still my favorite of them all..
El Hazard (romcom / fantasy), Escaflowne (mecha/fantasy), Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo (Girl Who Leapt Through Time)

Unrelated to time travel, and it has no manga that I know of, but Eden of the East may be of interest.

I completely forgot about Girl who leapt through time. Ive had it in queue for quite awhile.
The synopsis for Eden of the East did sound interesting, so i'll probably just go watch that aswell.

A battle royale, time travel, psychological, mindgames series would be the dream though. Not sure if it even exist. Future Diary is sort of there, but too little focus on the good stuff...

Battle royale, time travel (at least multiple time periods) makes me think of Problem Children Are From Another World Aren't They. Psychological, mindgames, and multiple time periods could be Another. Still trying to think about what could hit all the high notes.. hmmm..

Also, sorry I keep referencing anime in a manga thread, I've just seen a lot more than I've read for these types.. but I'm fairly sure at least some have manga as well.

Yeah well, the main reason i made it a manga/ln thread in the first place is because ive already seen most anime with this kind of genre. And i'm fairly new to manga/ln, so it's kind of a fresh place to look for it.

There might still be anime with this genre that i haven't seen though.

LN:

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzimiya: There are several time-travel episodes that are important to the plot, although that isn't the main focus.

Manga:

My Wife is Wagatsuma-San: High school boy has visions of his future life when he is married to the most popular girl in school, and tries to take actions to ensure that future comes to pass.

Again!: High school boy hits his head, and gets a chance to relive his high school years--which the first time through were completely uneventful.

The World God Only Knows: The final arc (the one after the Goddess arc, if you've seen the anime) is all about time travel/manipulation.

Boku to Kanojo no Renai Mokuroku: Boy discovers blog that offers hyper-specific advice on his love life. (Note: not a great manga by any definition, but it meets your criteria so I thought I would point it out.)

Full Metal Panic/FMP: Sigma: Sigma is a direct continuation; based on a series of LNs, but I've never read those; nothing in the first part, but Sigma has a significant time manipulation (or is it alternate reality manipulation? I never can tell...) component to it.
