Peanut butter?

I don't think peanut butter is a condiment but it is AMAZING and the food of life.

For regular condiments I guess mustard. I love it in all it's varieties. It goes on every sandwich and with almost any meat (especially pork). It even makes a good match for carrots (I'm not weird, I swear).

Call me picky but I don't really like condiments.

Bacon, if that counts. Though since it turns dishes into entreés, I'm not sure it does.

Black pepper, I'd say. Shichimi is great, too.

Black pepper or curry powder/paste. I'll add curry flavor to anything it seems reasonably good with, but pepper is my go-to, as it goes with so many things and doesn't get in the way of the natural flavor of the food, which is imperative to me. I stay away from most sauces (unless using them as part of the dish) because they tend to have such strong flavors that they overpower the dish itself.

Come to think of it, I only use the curry stuff while cooking in the first place, so I guess it's more of a seasoning than a condiment.. Pepper it is, then.

I say peanut butter is a condiment... you can dip apple slices in it xD If a tomato is a fruit, then PB = condiment.
