I love spicy food. All types of spicy food. However I really can't eat more than a few bites before it becomes too painful for me to continue. However I found my miracle condiment that helps out.

I use this when eating buffalo wings, spicy snacks, mexican food, even curry. It goes well with pretty much anything that has a really sharp taste and it clears your palette enough that you can eat 3 to 4 or even more times spicy food than you normally would be able to. I just googled sour cream and that came up, I really have no brand preference as of yet.

Is there any condiment that you add to just about everything?

have you tried creme fresh. its creamier and milkier, does better with lighter curries in terms of taste.

anyways, im a sauce and soup expert so i can't say if one is my absolute favorite.

if you like rooster brand siracha, try there garlic and chili sauce. its more of a paste but goes further in certain foods such as a heavy burger.
pan fry that with a lil vinegar and brown sugar makes an awesome topping for a burger.

Peanut butter?

What would you add peanut butter to? I have only seen it used as a main ingredient in meals.

Well I suppose you could add it as a topping to ice cream. Would that really count as a condiment though?

I guess it's technically not but for whatever reason I thought of it as my favorite

Hot sauce. Or those sweet/sour sauce that you usually get to dip eggrolls in.
