I know that you're supposed to use the "contact us" link at the bottom. I have 3 times and yet the problem has yet to be recgonized. On the xbox one app Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu doesn't have any audio after episode 1. This is not the case on the xbox 360 app. It works just fine. I prefer not to use my 360 ever agian. And I do 99% of my streaming from my xbox one. I brought up this issue in 3 different tickets. Yet the 2 responses I recieved had instructions like.
Can you tell me what resolution you stream at? Does this happen in all resolutions?
You should check to make sure that the drivers for your graphics card are up to date.
Shut down any unnecessary programs when you watch videos on our site.
Right click on the Flash Player and try toggling 'Video Smoothing' and 'Subtitle Smoothing'.
Right click on the Flash Player and make sure Hardware Acceleration is enabled and that you have updated Local Storage to Unlimited.
If you're using Chrome, this has been moved to chrome://settings/search#hardware. Make sure that you have the box checked for 'Use hardware acceleration when available'.
None of these pertain to consoles. Do the support guys even read our entries? Or do they just see this and give out some "generic fix list".

Yet the title CLEARY says xbox one not pc. If I could tag this under console support I would but there isn't such an option when submitting my report. So can someone at least TELL an engineer about this? Who should I PM about this if the problem goes unrecgonized again? I'm pretty sure there is an easier way than making a topic on the forums.
