For the pass few days non stop, I've been experiencing an extremely annoying issue with the app. Which when opening it and it's synced to my account, after 5 seconds or so acting like normal. It'll than freeze for like 30 seconds than auto close itself out completely.

Un-syncing my account and re-syncing it will not fix this issue. And I've even provided the needed into in my support tickets, like what http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-807293/whats-going-on-with-my-xbox ask for. And receiving no response for being a premium member after days last sent on what I'm post to do or what's going on about this issue.

If you know how to fix this issue, other than un-syncing account/re-syncing account, uninstalling the app/reinstalling, hard reset/soft reset on console, hard reset on motom/router, and even deleted my Xbox account while doing all this at once, and reconnecting it. None of the following did any change on fixing this issue. Please let me know.

Ya im getting the same issue, so it isn't just you. Except for me the app isn't closing by itself but just constantly freezing while watching the shows. I've tried pretty much everything you listed here minus deleting the xbox one account. Although last night i tried to uninstall the app and reinstall; of course during the reinstall the installation paused at 25% and never finished. This issue is really bugging the hell outta of me and I don't believe it to be the Xbox considering I am able to watch Hulu and Netflix with no streaming issues.

Same issue. I can manage to watch one or two episodes after 3-4 freeze crashes but then it continues freeze crashing after that.

The issue returned that causes the app to close in 15-30seconds after being opened while logged into Crunchyroll. Please take a look at my ticket Crunchyroll (all the info you'll need is already in it), as would like to return to be able to watch anime again and all the newest released episodes.

Quick question. When you sent a ticket did you send it through this link? http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact

If not I'd recommend doing so and hopefully that'll get you a quicker response. If so I guess give it another day or so. Please keep us updated here. I'll keep a close eye on this topic and try to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Of course, and currently the issue has been resolved for the time being. But will inform you guys if the issue returns again. Someone must had got to the ticket and resolved the issue. As never seen this issue resolve itself without your guys support.

This issue reappeared once again... And a new ticket has been sent.

Crunchyroll, please give me a more permanent fix and not a temporary one for 5 days... Or at least a type of fix that'll make it settled for a couple months like last time. I don't know what you guys did in late Feb to resolve this issue, but that's the type of fix that needs to happen.

It makes it very hard to enjoy my anime when I can't even open the app for longer than 30seconds before it kicks me off and there is nothing I can do about it and after your guys temporary fixes, it just comes back in 4-5days.

At this time so far the app is working again after deleting about 20 series from my queue from past seasons that I've completed, but was too lazy to update MyAnimeList. To anyone else experiencing this issue, try downing your queue list some.
