Having same problem. Thing is I don't recall username, I have the email I used. What do I do? Also, I have the verify email email and start if the free trial email too, to validate to you guys that it's my actual email.

Same problem here, had to create a temporary account just to write on this forum. My email is [email protected], when I try to login it says "please enter a valid username", although that is a valid username! because I can login on android, I can send me a reset password link, and it says "user already exists" if I try to register again with that email.

But try to enter that email in the website login box, it pop-up a "please enter valid username" right away, preventing me from logging in. And exactly same problem with my username of course.

I also had to create a new account due to this issue. My account is DMoC33 and email is [email protected] Please help it says user doesn't exist so I can't recover my password

im having the same issues as other people.. account is still there but cant access it.. password recovery doesnt work either.. had to make a new account to post.. my accounts name was Tehchoob..

Your log in details were stolen in the hack of another website. I've reverted the email change and set a new password. Set a new password through the password reset page.

You need to change your password on every service you have used with the same credentials. Never use the same password more than once.

My account is saying that the user is not found. The user was thbirdman, email was [email protected] The user page for thbirdman is no longer there.

Hello! I've been a member of CR since 2010 and my account is getting the same problem as these people! i tried using my app last night and i was signed out, tried over and over until i finally got on my computer because sometimes the apps act up. but i ran into the same problems as these two, I AM A PREMIUM MEMBER

my PREMIUM account username is: STATIIKK
it's old and can't change it.
but i do run into the reset password, "no account with this email" error they had.

now i had to make a new account to post on here because the ticket i submitted seems to be going no where and i am losing my premium days and privileges!
after all these years of different people having the same DRASTIC problem nothing has been done to up the security here.

So, I've been struggling to log into my account today. I figured maybe I typed the username wrong since I'm always logged in on my ps4 and phone. I then tried every possible thing I could think of. It told me My email isn't in the system, I then did some research and found out about the hackings. I typed my username Edward51 in and it says it's in use by someone in Canada. I still have payments coming out of my account, I don't want to stop using crunchyroll. I really just want to know how I can get my account back.
