This gif was attempted to be used as a profile picture. But the result was very white/full of static. As a result of looking around the formums, someone posted the use of how GifResizer.exe fixes the issue:

While attempting to make this modded gif my profile picture, the preview appeared quite clear, as you can see above. However, saving this change results in my profile picture (see left) with a weird frame rate and a half stuck photo. Any suggestions?

Before uploading, did you crop/resize the image to either 200 x 200 (the maximize size permitted, per my recollection) or even 100 x 100 (the maximum size avatar)?

Thank you for your input.

I hadn't tried that, but I just did.
There wasn't any change.

The forums in Glitchy Gif Fixing group will explain what's wrong, but the short form is you need to crop all the layers in the image before you try and upload it as your profile pick. The tool you used might not have done that.

Also, and I wish CR would fix this, the image has to be less that 1MB in size otherwise it will be stuck "loading..." forever.
