Ahh okay coolio! I actually listened to a few of their songs already and they pretty sweet.but yea they don't seem to attract me like the bands I've listened to so far.

no worries i get it what songs would you recommend from bands like mice & men, pierce the veil , and a day to remember???

okay for Of Mice & Men listen to : would you still be there , feels like forever (and hear the acoustic version) , second and sebring , when you can't sleep at night , never giving up , let live , repeating apologies , broken generation.....listen to their album 'restoring force'

for Pierce The Veil listen to : caraphernelia, hell above , bulls in the bronx ,disaterology , hold on till may, besitos . fast times at clairemont high, yeah boy and doll face, the balcony scene , one hundred sleepless nights, a march into water...i put like 4 songs from their album 'collide from the sky' so just listen to that whole album cuz its just that good.i love all of them but listen to that one for sure if you seem to start liking them!!

for A Day To Remember listen to: if it means a lot to you, end of me , i'm already gone, have faith in me , out of time, i'm made of wax, larry, what are you made of? , the down fall of us all , all i want , mr.highway's thinking about the end , the plot to bomb panhandle, it's complicated.... for these guys i also love their albums but listen to the ones called 'homesick' and their newest one 'common courtesy' if you want more!

there yah go!! enjoy

I like Metal mostly but growing up I was raised around House and old school and mordern Hip-Hop/R&B/Rap..So people like Kylie Minogue, Sonique, Robin S., Spekrfrecks, La Bouche, Aaliyah, J. Lo, Ja Rule, Ice-Cube, NWA, Bone Thugs, Nas, Biggie and 2Pac. older DJ's like MK, Kaskade, and Frankie Knuckles, classic House/Hip-Hop/Rap etc. And you can't ignore the new guys like Kendrick, Childish Gambino, Drake, or J. Cole. But I mostly like metal like, Chon!, Tool, Between the Buried and Me, and numerous others. Plus watching anime has gotten me into Amazarashi, Dir En Grey, and Asian Kung-Fu Generation, J-Rock is something else.

The psychedelic genre is so broad, like protest music it is likea sub genre. Frank Zappa is pretty darn amazing, he's released 100s of albums though. He fits into the classic rock/psychedelic genre. The All Seeing hand fits into psychedelic metal which I reckon I would place tool under as well. Then there are bands like Warpaint, and hiatus kiyote who have a soul psychedelic thing going on.
And you get the seatbelts, the guys who did the music for cowboy bebop. It seems like psychedelic music is just mixing jazz with another genre. Do you play an instrument?

Awesome you seem to know a lot about that genre! I'll have to look into it! No I've been meaning to learn guitar for the longest time and I've started taking lessons several times but I never follow through with it because of school or sports etc. I played the trumpet in middle school but that's about it lol. What about you?
