No, this thread has nothing to do with Test subjects, or some sort of animal cruelty. This thread poses a simple question, there are many things that are debatable and many times we can calmly debate them and not get angry or offended by someone else's views on a certain topic.
However, for many, there is that one topic/subject that can spark a fire in you and make you go ape shit on the opposition. Whether it be religion, same-sex marriage, euthanasia, how the world started, or even saying Pepperoni is better than Sausage there is one thing out there that either offends you or infuriates you (for most). What is it? Why does it bother you?

(please don't go off and say something stupid like ,"I hate it because its just wrong" etc etc. There's really no "right" or "wrong", what is wrong to you may not be wrong to someone else.

Example: To us cannibalism is wrong. To eat another human being that is either dead or alive is something punishable by death and viewed as something horrible. However, in a colony/tribe where cannibalism has been around for ages and is accepted as a ritual for their "God", for luck, youth etc. It is not wrong, as a matter a fact it is a great honor.

Ex2: Great warriors in some Indian tribes were killed and had their hearts ripped out of their chests and heads on pikes to as a symbol of their greatness. It was a GREAT honor for some, I'll post the article up when I find it again. However, to us, that is murder and wrong.

This may be a controversial thread and no one has a gun to your head forcing you to take part, if you don't want to participate click the little X on the top right and go on to posting in the "What did you eat today" thread.

I forget the name of the book I read since I've read way too many books. Anyway, they have this word called "grocking". It's to be or experience someone. It's the ultimate sign of intimacy, respect, and remembrance to someone that dies. A close friend or loved one eats a part of them to take in parts of their body. Basically their cells, memories, soul, etc. They will live on in you when you grock them. This is a bit weird but I wouldn't mind if my best friend grocked a piece of me after I died. Not my wife and children though. It just feels too weird.

There's a famous Japanese psychopath who murdered and ate a female student he had a crush on while he was studying overseas. (I think in Denmark) After they caught him, they tried him as insane and transferred him to Japan since he was a Japanese citizen. For some reason, paperwork doesn't match up between the two countries with some policies so they had to let him go. So there is a Japanese murderer/cannibal who lives in Japan. And he is a semi-celebrity. He's even been in porn flicks because of his fame.

There is a topic that sets me off.

The topic of abortion and whether or not it's 'right or wrong' or 'should be legal or illegal'.

I believe you have no right to say if it's 'right or wrong', especially if you've never been put in a situation where you had to choose. I know a few people who have been put into the situation. I don't even have a right to say if it's right or wrong. I'm pro-choice, but that's all I believe I can say.

And also when people say abortion is only good if the mother was raped. What makes a rape baby less of a human than an unplanned baby?

Religion also falls into this topic. It really sets me off. It's a hard topic to discuss, but little junior high religious fanatic kids should stay out of it until they're mature enough to grasp the whole seriousness of the topic; in my opinion.

Phew. ~

for me rite.. i don't really like debating while going all apeshit.. i'd prefer to do it calmly and rationally..

but sometimes people who don't know shit about the subject just come along.. posted their unresearched view on it.. then claim that anything other than opinion as a bunch of idiotic garbage..

i mean c'monn.. can't they even see that they're the one being retarded? seriously..

ex. 1

oh nah!! Genetic engineering/(whatever else subject) is for tehh stoopid. Fack all y'all are stoopid for even talking abt this. How pointless mwahahaha..

That's funny I can make things up to, however, if you're telling the truth you're a prime example to why America needs to fix their Education system and how schools (teachers) go about their teaching methods.

So I'm assuming he pleaded guilty on the account that he's tried as insane?

That's fucked up. Have to love the Japanese. ~

one topic that really is stupid is. is there a god?? i'm like dude if there is a god how come nothing like "godly" has happened. also is there is a god which one is the right god. i mean when you were a kid your parents told you to follow this religion. but if u were born in a different religion you would think that, THAT god is the real god. so no i'm not an atheist but theres only a little part of me hanging from my religion and falling into atheism. damn why is life so hard with all these things you have to follow. i think i'll convert, i think its hindu, hindu so i can be reincarnated but still follow a different god like i'll still follow jesus and all and still follow some hindu beliefs. fuck it i'll just create a new religion where everything can be god.

Yea. He plead guilty by insanity. He couldn't really get out of it. Cops got a warrant to his place and found her body or what was remaining in a freezer. I forget exactly but he was cooking pieces of her up each day like steak for meals. Some white chick interviewed him in the streets of Japan and she asked him if the thought of eating her ran through his mind. He said that he was thinking of what she tasted like and wanted to. So yea... justice has been served?

Wow if some one did that in my class they would have to read the hole chapter allowed or get 3days of in school suspension (witch sucks balls).

OK back on track ya i debate with teachers(when i am pretty sure there wrong) and most of the time i win and every one gets mad.
i think its genetically hard wired into our brains that we are right and any one that thinks differently from us is a crazy psycho and needs to be dealt with accordingly.

But that is my opinion on this subject.
Ok flame away!!

first of all i think this should have been posted on the E.D section. Second of all i get angry because I'm the type of person who looses their temper real fast when the other part doesnt agree. I refuse to back down until they either give up or come to my side of the track. Thats just my personality. I'm hot tempered when i believe in one thing, and i refuse to let the other side of it get to me. Even if i have to use foul language (which i mostly do)

You and I are very much alike. I do get quite angry when someone disagrees with me and sometimes has no idea what they're talking about and insists they are correct. But arguing over little details of subjects can get me going on as well =/
