Saint Tatsuya Shiba of The Irregular at Magic High School. But it is still a fun series to watch.

Beat me to it. There is op and then there is Tatsuya Shiba.

Yeah he brings a whole new definition of overpowered. Not only that but he was just perfect at everything, best engineer, best fighter, best at everything and then overpowered fighter on top of that.

Overpowered..

Kenpachi, and Goku. Maybe Madara in his reincarnation state too. You know, when he was immortal...

Nah. Mortal Madara was way stronger. Fucking up a whole army + All Biju while he's blind? I think another person before made a point on how ridiculous it gets the further OP Madara got. And him being stronger as a mortal for whatever reason is one of them.

Not really a manga spoiler, but it might be depending on how you approach it:

Anyways, Aizen for obv reasons, Tatsuya ofc, that one guy from Medaka Box, anyone in DBZ, a bunch in HST, I recall Meruem being pretty big, and Yhwach if BLEACH HAD A FKN ANIME AGAIN.

And Arima from TG. Not OP compared to other series, but within reality, he's doing things that shouldn't even be close to the core definition of the word possible. Just a heads up, TG anime watchers..

Oh, and Gilgamesh from Fate series. Holy balls.

DBZ characters are only overpowered compared to other series. In their own universe, the heroes aren't really overpowered compared to the villains. The heroes start out weaker, train a lot, then beat the villains. That's very classic shounen right there. Goku can't curbstomp the new villain when they first show up.

Casshern from Casshern Sins is technically overpowered compared to everyone else in the show. There are only a few characters in the entire series that can even give him a challenge in a fight. But unlike characters like Sora or Tatsuya, the fact that Casshern is overpowered causes a great deal of the conflict in the show instead of being an easy button for solving things.

Vash from Trigun is technically overpowered as well. He can beat almost anyone while having the handicap of avoiding lethal shots. If Vash went all out, he'd curbstomp everyone except for Knives. He's a well done overpowered character because if he didn't have the choice between doing things the hard way (non-lethal) and hitting the easy button (shot to kill) you wouldn't have the moral conflict that is a huge theme of the show and of the character.

Definitely Blank Space from No Game No Life.

Sure they've had a couple of close calls in their games, but they've also always had some sort of trick up their sleeves. They could predict anything that might happen in the future correctly and are never wrong. They can learn a language in a couple of days just by reading books, and know the most randomest things that nobody would ever pay attention to. That's pretty OP.

And they never lose. Because Blank Space never loses.
