I thought since we are all from different areas of the Earth, we might be able to share some new or old homeopathic remedies that you have used or been handed down to you through generations, and they work! It could be anything, ..example- honey for a sore throat...something simple to something out there.

I wanted to make a positive Forum post, so we can come together as a community, and be a part of healing.

Ginger Beer (soda pop) will quickly clear the sinuses when you're stuffed up.

A spoon of sugar on the tongue followed by a quickly drank glass of water will cure hiccups fast.

If you have trouble eatting spicy foods try drinking milk with the meal instead of other beverages.

Always drink hot liquids on hot days and cold liquids on cold days to keep from losing electrolytes.

This was a great idea for a thread with flu and measles season around. Thank you for posting it.

cinnamon with honey helps with cough and sore throat

if you can find raw honey, get it ! Try farmer's markets. Honey is great for just about everything, and it tastes good too.

I also have organic apple cider vinegar. Works for just about anything too. I dilute it with water and spray my shower with it every time I use it. Keeps down the soap scum and bacteria build-up. Takes a minute to do, and at the end of the week when I do my regular bathroom cleaning it takes about five minutes total to clean whole shower.

OBJECTION!

None of the aforementioned remedies are homeopathic.

However, this is a good thing because homeopathy is, as Penn Jillette would say, bullshit!

Anyway, a favorite home remedy of my mom's is Canada Dry Ginger Ale for upset stomach.

I was going to ask isn't homeopathy were they dilute the supposed active ingredient until there is nothing left (less than one part per quadrillion (10^15).

The host defense line from paul stamets is really awesome for general immune support. As someone who has interest both in medicinal and magical mushroom i can assure you his line is really the only one on the market worth any consideration. Chloroxygen if your a runner definite boost in red blood cell count usually used by people before trips to high altitude aka mountain climbers trips to machu pichu etc. And chamomile is just nice for anytime.

Homeopathy is as mentioned, bullshit. What you're talking about here are home remedies or folk remedies.

It was only a matter of time before negativity took over, kinda surprised it didn't happen sooner. And this post is not to take away from conventional medicines, obviously. Really...is it soooo hard to not contribute positivity? Or how bout, just not say anything, if you don't like the topic or agree? You can always go visit the incest forum post and say that's a bunch of bullshit.

And thanks to the awesome people posting with helpful tips..

If you add a spoonful of sugar and stir you can instantly take away the carbonation. :)

Also, it's the real ginger that's in Canada Dry Ginger Ale that helps. I don't think all ginger ale brands have real ginger so double check the ingredients.

Telling a kid there's a monster in the closet, and it'll come out and eat them if they cry, and locking the door, stops the crying.

Update- My trolling is just too obvious!
