Gintama never fails to make me lose it. The English dub of Axis Hetalia is amazing as well.

Mars of Destruction is in a league of its own in terms of comedy. And its only one episode.

The anime with scenes that made me totally lose it but was a little hit and miss would be Nichijou

while the funniest over all I think has to go to Monthly Girl's Nozaki-kun

"I Can't Understand A Word My Husband Is Saying" is a must watch for anyone if you want laughs, especially if you're in a relationship. Lots of slice-of-life moments and awkward otaku-isms clashing hilariously. Each episode is only a few minutes long, but has just enough spunk to keep you interested.

Why thank you ^,^ we normally close the duplicate topics but it seems like the old one has a lack of activity for nearly a month so I'll close the olds one and keep this more active thread. Carry on!

Would also recommend Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Only if you like ridiculously over-the-top, garish, and campy anime (yes, even more than Gurren Lagann and Kill La Kill combined... and that's saying a lot). The real meat of the humor will be in the second arc, Battle Tendency, where you witness Joseph Joestar's exploits.

Who can pick just one?

Dansh Koukousei no Ichijou.

Jungle wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Goo.

Excel Saga (funnier dubbed).

Juubei-Chan: Lovely Gantai no Himitsu (The Siberian Yagyuu series was terrible though).

Gintama.

Photon: The Idiot Adventures (funnier dubbed).

Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan (Season 2 was awful & switched genres).

DiGi Charat (The original, not the Nyo or Panyo Panyo series).

Gokusen (The anime, not the godawful J-Drama).

Goldfish Warning.

Dragon Half.

Boku Patalliro.

Colorful.

Special Duty Combat Unit Shinesman. (Will be lost on you if you didn't grow up with Power Rangers. You get completely different jokes with the dubb).

Honorable mentions:
-----------------------------------------
*Sukigake Cramortie High.
*Azumanga Daioh.
*Master ofr Mosquiton 99.
*Ranma 1/2.
*Perfect Girl Evolution.
*Happy Lesson.
*Dead Leaves.
*Cho Gals.
*Gokudo-Kun Manyuuki.
