Sakurako is lot weirder than I was expecting lol

Would like to know how narrator-kun and Sakurako met, and if Sakurako has a real job. Osteologists have to do something with that degree, right?

I liked the scene where Sakurako examined the human skull and gave insights into it, that seemed pretty legit.
The authoritative knowledge counterbalances the wackiness.

I thought the homicide investigation scene was pretty goofy, beginning with that technicolor natural history museum once she put on the gloves. Not sure how seriously I can really take it.

That said: just started True Detective; have to say so far I like Beautiful Bones better lol

I hope the romance doesn't ever develop, that it stays one sided, and that they only focus on the mysteries they encounter

I dunno, if Sakurako's gonna pick the forbidden fruit she might as well eat it

What do you guys think of the chemistry between the two characters? I'm curious, I found it to be somewhat cringe worthy, but I'll reserve juddgement.

I didn't think it was bad. Actually, I think it could go somewhere.
The way she was poking his head during the butterfly bone scene must mean something.

She's more likely to get boned...by a skeleton

I hope you are meaning season 2 of True Detective, because season 1 was superb from the start.

Is this show not licensed for Europe at all? No videos available in Finland at least. I was actually looking forward to this. Here's hoping they make it available at some point. I need eeeet!

No, season 1. After 3 episodes I don't see any redeeming qualities in Cohle or Hart that would compensate for having to sit through Cohle's long speeches bereft of human dignity.

That was surprisingly better than I anticipated. At first, the gratuitous 3D animation was distracting, but the actual story made me forget about that.

Initial impression on the first 15mins. It's basically BONES (TV series) in animation lol.. with a touch of highschool boys and girls solving mystery.

That was a pretty awesome introduction. The concept of the show is interesting and I'm really loving Sakurako's character already. The music for the show is also straight up fantastic! The entire opening track hyped me up and really set the mood for the rest of the episode. The only thing that bugs me is the kid, they so far haven't gave any reason for why he is with her or why she even bothers with him. His character seems like a cut and paste of the best friend from Ranpo Kitan though I'll at least say this guy is more tolerable as his chemistry with Sakurako made for some decently comedic scenes. Definitely going to keep up with this one.

I really enjoyed this one,
Aside from the "Bones" TV show reference. This show has gone in a direction that Bones never could have,

I will be a regular watcher for sure.

Well I'm the uncool person who dropped this anime, it was just to painful to watch.. Was taking a nap during episode 1 .. Mystery anime just aren't my cup of tea unless it has action and romance .. So a 5 on this I rather enjoy my Vampires and Devils this season ^^

Episode 2

Hmm not bad, I kinda like the OP song.

So there's another case and Sakurako got involved as well.
I wonder if the show will retain this sort of episodic structure.

One thing I wonder if Sakurako's intuitions have always been this high considering she noticed something was abnormal about that kid's arm. This show looks like it has a serious tone when it comes to the actual mystery though. Definitely like that part and it adds more suspense to it with the thrilling music. Unlike the previous episode, this one actually deals with a case that involves a recent death.

Felt kinda bad for the police dude getting involved though. But hey, at least he managed to survive. The smell of death~

This show is like the a Special Victims Unit episode pretty good lots of drama-domestic violence is always emotional and serious undertones you can see lots of emotional baggage with the MC going to be good ride
