I'm very interested in art and architecture and am trying to work on a few things. An anime story line is the most important thing, but I rarely start watching something if it doesn't catch my attention in some way.

Here are some of my favorite anime graphics

-Fate Zero

-Psycho Pass

-Hunter X Hunter

What are some of your favorites visually/graphically?

I could never see myself watching any of those shows listed, but I can also appreciate the artistic style and graphics of all of them. The techniques and use of color are quite impressive.

Studio Ghibli art is timeless! Hayao Miyazaki is probably the most knowledgable about ships, aircrafts and architecture out of any anime/manga artist. He also rely's less on computers than most.

No game no life

thats the most visually stunning anime I've ever seen.

Love Live! School Idol

Also very good visually and fluid with the motion. I like that one a lot as well. The story line on both are also great.

Stuff made by SHAFT seems to catch by attention the most. Arakawa Under the Bridge, Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei, Bakemonogatari, etc.

Miyazaki films just have a certain aesthetic quality, I just love to watch them simply because of the animation.

You want unique art and architecture?

Try Windy Tales, Tweeny Witches, and a new one that's being released next week on DVD - Song of the Sea.

Or how about the first French / Japanese animation collaboration - Ōban Star Racers. This one is pretty unique, since none of the characters were drawn with a nose (there's actually a story as to why).
