Any other UK user of CR users in general getting unusable video stutter? Been unable to watch todays episodes as the stuttering is awful. Checked my connection rebooted and all that jazz. Video still runs slower than a snail. Is this or crunchrolls end ooor? I'm with virgin media 100MB+

I'm having no problems today. I'm no expert but I would guess that it's most likely a problem on virgin media's end. I used to be with virgin media not so long ago and I would have some days when my internet would just randomly drop. Normally it would just fix itself after a few hours though.

I too am having this issue with Crunchyroll and have been for several weeks now, I have sent 2 support inquiries off to Crunchyroll which provide them with all the information they ask for yet I have still had no reply. This issue only seems to occur at prime time use so during the day I have no issues but when it comes to around 6PM I get the video stuttering issue.

I too am a UK resident with Virgin Media.

I'm having this problem in the US as well.

It's becoming unwatchable, and I'm questioning what exactly I'm paying for?

UK isn't the only area effected by this. Like Stumpo ^, I've been having this issue all freaking week. And its made watching some videos impossible.

UK, been stuttering for a good number of days now. Everything is unwatchable unless I want to pause every 20 seconds, wait 10 minutes, then watch a further 20 seconds untill it freezes again.

CR support is useless; same automated message, no further contact afterwards.

Also with Virgin Media.

It'crashes every 2-3 episodes for me. My friend has it crash sometimes every 5 seconds! (He now resorts to downloading, watching then deleting)
I'm on Plusnet Fibre (30-45Mb down, 0% packet loss)
He's on TalkTalk
